Technological procedure

  • The technical experts of our company evaluate the defective pipeline using telediagnostics
  • Accurate measurements of the length, diameter and depth of the pipeline are made.
  • A teleinspection of the old pipeline is carried out, the data is entered into a defective information card and recorded on electronic media
  • The degree of wear, the presence of angular deflections is noted
  • Preparation of the old pipe by hydrodynamic or mechanical means
  • Organization and repumping of sewage
  • Laying a sliding foil to simplify cable pulling before installation.
  • The liner is delivered to the repair site and placed inside the defective pipeline
  • Installation of a packer at both ends of the liner
  • Installation of connector sleeves and special measuring sensors between the packers and the UV unit
  • Calibration of the liner with compressed air for optimal fit to the existing pipeline wall surface
  • Curing according to the liner installation procedure: removal of packers at the ends of the liners from wells
  • Removing the inner foil if necessary: checking the leakage of the reconstructed pipe
  • Visual inspection and leakage checking
  • Restoration of wells and flume part of the pipe
  • Signing of work completion and acceptance certificate and commissioning of the reconstructed site
