This product performs ultraviolet light shaping for complex liner curing for pipeline rehabilitation from Ø 700 mm to Ø 1600 mm. This light chain makes it possible to repair even egg-shaped pipes due to the additional extension of one chassis.
This light chain allows to control the temperature of the liner inner surface at three points using infrared pyrometers and the ambient temperature using temperature sensors.
The light chain consists of three links and two jumpers between them. Each link in the chain includes 3 lamps of 1000 W each. The process of expanding the chassis to the required diameter is controlled by the operator from the control panel.
Packers for diameters from Ø 700 mm to Ø 1600 mm
Most UV systems are equipped as standard with packer sets for the curing of liners up to Ø 550. From Ø 600, the requirements for the equipment change.
Due to a clear width of the shaft opening of usually 600 or 800 mm, divisible packers are required. In addition, in most cases, the next larger light source is required for curing.
This is introduced into the liner with the help of the lock technology by the packer. In order to simplify these work steps, we offer you special large profile packer sets for all standard dimensions from Ø 700 – Ø 1600 as rental solution.
Our packer sets consist of two work packers, packed on a transport pallet or in a special transport rack.
